Mark Mushet, a photographer and video producer, recently worked with EVENT contributor Catherine Graham to create a visual poem, fireseed, based off of Mark’s videography and Catherine’s words.

Catherine Graham work has appeared in EVENT 48/3 and 51/3.

Mark previously created a visual poem for Christina Shah’s poem, Rig Veda, which was originally published in EVENT 49/3. Unlike the Rig Veda video, which was inspired by the poem, Catherine Graham’s poetry contributions were inspired by Mark’s existing footage.
