Join us at WORD Vancouver on Sunday, September 26, 2021 10:30 AM PDT to celebrate 50 years of EVENT Magazine.
This year, we’re celebrating our 50th anniversary by releasing an anthology of Notes on Writing. This collection contains more than 70 personal essays with insights into the joys and struggles of the writer’s life and process, written by a mix of notable writers from across Canada. This launch will feature readings and a dynamic conversation among highlighted writers, including Doretta Lau, Maria Reva, and Kevin Spenst.
